b- In the event that the products coming to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product arrives. The time that the refund is reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted cargo companies. Apart from this, the return and transportation cost of the products we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
– Returns must be made in their original box or packaging.
– The original box / packaging is degraded (for example: products with a cargo label attached on the original box and taped with a shipping duct tape are not accepted). Products that have lost their re-merchantability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted for return.
– With the product you want to return, you must send a petition containing the original shipment (all copies of you) and the reason for the return.
– If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you need to send by contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
